A couple of things that answer most messages:

API question? The API documentation lists every endpoint, field and error code.
Link not redirecting? Check it has not expired or hit its click limit — both show as badges on the link's page in your dashboard.
Reporting abuse? Include the full short URL. Links that point at malware or phishing are removed.

Reporting a security issue

If you have found a vulnerability, please email it rather than opening a public issue, and give a rough description of the impact and how to reproduce it. You will get a reply acknowledging it, and credit once it is fixed if you would like it.
